Getting your $10 or $20 bill credit is easy!

Just log in to your account and update your billing settings. Then watch for a credit on your account and enjoy the savings.

 

PAPERLESS

Online account (web browser):

  • Log in to your online account (same login credentials as mobile app)

  • Click on My Profile on top menu, then choose Update My Printed Bill Settings

  • Select Turn off Printed Bills and choose Yes to confirm

Cass County Electric Mobile App:

  • Your mobile app and online account credentials are the same

  • Log in to your mobile app account

  • On the bottom right, tap More, then choose Settings and select Paperless Billing

  • Tap the slider button so it shows GREEN to confirm paperless billing.

Once you’ve set up paperless billing we will credit you $10 on your next bill!

If you have any questions about going paperless please call us at 701-356-4400. The Cass County Electric online account access is powered by SmartHub which is user-friendly and it lets you manage all aspects of your account from a computer or a mobile device. Some of its features include making a payment, reporting an outage, and viewing electric usage 24/7.

AUTOPAY

Online account (web browser):

  • Log in to your online account (same login credentials as mobile app)

  • Select the Billing and Payments tab and then choose Auto Pay Program

  • Under Actions click or tap Sign up for Auto Pay and select Bank Account

  • Accept the "Terms and Conditions"

  • Enter your Bank Account Information. Select Agree

Cass County Electric Mobile App:

  • Your mobile app and online account credentials are the same

  • Log in to your mobile app account

  • Bill and Pay tab and Autopay Program

  • Click on plus sign to add new payment method

  • Choose Bank Account, enter Account Information

Once you’ve set up autopay we will credit you $10 on your next bill!

To receive the autopay bill credit, your account must be linked to a checking account. If you have any questions about autopay please call us at 701-356-4400. Bill credit will show up in the following calendar months bill.
