We are excited to announce that we now have the ability to send an automated message to home builders once a new service is connected!
With the extreme weather in our area, this will help our local builders stay in the know and should come in especially handy during the winter and spring months.
The message will come from our engineering department email and should read something like the following:
Greetings [BUISNESS NAME]
This is an automated email informing you that Cass County Electric Cooperative (CCEC) personnel have connected the service below. The service may need your attention to switch over the power supply to breakers inside the structure
The service location is: ADDRESS
Connected on DATE, at TIME.
CCEC is not responsible for any damages caused by a loss of power inside the structure due to this work order or if this email is not monitored. This email will serve as the only notice. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
