4-Ingredient Pesto Chicken Bake
- 3 chicken breasts
- 1 (16 oz.) jar of basil pesto
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 3-6 slices of mozzarella cheese
Preheat the oven to 350o F.
Season chicken breasts liberally with salt and pepper and arrange into a baking dish or rimmed baking sheet
Use a spoon to cover the chicken with pesto.
Top each chicken breast with mozzarella cheese and tomato slices.
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink in the middle.
Broil the chicken for the final two minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
