How To Sign Up

If you are not currently signed up for online account access:


1. Sign up for new online account access through our online portal.
 

2.  Log into your online account, click on “My Profile” on top menu then choose “Update My Printed Bill Settings”.
 

3. Click on “Turn off Printed Bills” and choose “Yes” to confirm. 

Online Portal

If you have an existing online account:
 

1. Log into your online account


2. Click on “My Profile” on top menu, then choose “Update My Printed Bill Settings”.


3. Click on “Turn off Printed Bills” and choose “Yes” to confirm. 

Login

Cass County Electric Mobile App:


1. Log into your account through the mobile app


2. On the bottom right tap “More”, then “Settings”, tap “Paperless Billing"


3. Tap the slider button so it shows green to confirm paperless billing.
