Cass County Electric Cooperative is a member-owned electric cooperative serving nearly 61,000 members across 10 counties in southeastern North Dakota.
Since 1937, Cass County Electric Cooperative has been owned by the people we serve. That means our members have a voice in the cooperative, elect local directors and share in the cooperative's success.

Cass County Electric Cooperative is governed by a locally elected board of directors who are members of the cooperative. Directors represent the interests of the members they serve and help guide the cooperative’s long-term direction.
