Cass County Electric Cooperative (CCEC) is a member-owned electric cooperative. Our power distributor is Minnkota Power Cooperative (MPC), is a not-for-profit electric generation and transmission cooperative headquartered in Grand Forks, N.D. CCEC and MPC are part of the Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO) grid. American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI®)

Cass County Cooperative completed its quarterly member-wide customer satisfaction survey, in which members who visited our website were asked to participate. The member responses were sent to the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI®), a company that measures customer satisfaction across multiple industries throughout the entire United States1. For 2023, CCEC received an ACSI score of 86 out of a maximum 100. CCEC's score is higher than all 2023 investor-owned utility scores, and places CCEC 14 points higher than the average investor-owned utility score of 72 as well as 15 points higher than the average municipal utilities score of 71, per the industry ratings in the 2023 ACSI Utility Sector Report.   • We ask that reporters use our full name, Cass County Electric Cooperative, when making the first reference to our company.

  • You must obtain approval from Cass County Electric Cooperative's communications department before you use our logo, photos or images – they can be sent digitally upon request. We reserve the right to request all unauthorized uses of these items to be removed or changed at your expense.

  • Contractors, vendors and other business partners must request permission before using our name. They shall not use Cass County Electric Cooperative's logo or name in any promotional materials, advertisement or other communications without prior written consent from Cass County Electric Cooperative.
