Billing Policies

If your account is subject for disconnection, you will receive a notice on your statement with instructions on what to do to keep the account from being disconnected. Additionally, approximately five days prior to your account actually being disconnected, you will receive one more reminder. If we still hear nothing from you, your account can be disconnected without further notice.

Cass County Electric Cooperative offers many convenient bill-paying options. In addition to mailing your payment, you can use the drop box at our service center in Fargo.

We also offer online payments when you sign up for an online account, download the Cass County Electric mobile app or you can pay over the phone. Simply call our office and one of our member service specialists can accept a payment from you from your checking account, Visa or MasterCard.
