Cass County Electric Cooperative must serve your parent(s)/guardian(s).
- Essay Question:
Why is it important to be involved in your community, and how does that prepare you to be a future leader?
- The quality of work is more important than quantity. There are no requirements for project length. View the grading rubric here.

More than 1,500 high school students nationwide participate in the annual Electric Cooperative Youth Tour in Washington, D.C.
The Youth Tour consists of a fast-paced, intense week of learning about history and government, visiting with the congressional delegation, becoming more knowledgeable about the cooperative business model, and touring museums, national monuments, and memorials.
