Beef stroganoff

Ingredients:
2 pounds beef stew meat
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of onion soup
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 package cream cheese, cubed
1 container sour cream
6 cups egg noodles, cooked 


Preparation:
Put beef, onion, soups, mushrooms, and pepper in a slow cooker, cover, and cook on low heat for at least 8 hours. Stir cream cheese into beef mixture until melted. Stir in sour cream. Serve beef mixture over egg noodles.
