Cheesesteak Foil Packs

Ingredients
1 pound thinly sliced steak
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
1 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp olive oil
4 slices provolone cheese
Salt and pepper

Instructions
Heat grill or oven to 400°F. Toss steak and vegetables with oil, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Divide into foil packets and seal.
Cook 12–15 minutes, stirring once if possible. Carefully open, top with cheese, and close again for 1–2 minutes until melted. Spoon onto toasted hoagie buns for a classic sandwich feel.
