Chocolate Icebox Pie
Ingredients
• 10 graham crackers
• 2 (3.9 oz.) boxes Jell-O instant chocolate pudding mix
• 2 tsp instant espresso powder
• 3 cups cold milk
• 1 (16 oz.) container whipped topping
• 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
• 1 cup sliced almonds
Instructions
Arrange a layer of graham crackers in the bottom of a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together pudding mixes, espresso powder, and milk until slightly thickened. Fold in the whipped topping until smooth. Spread half the mixture over the graham crackers. Add another layer of graham crackers, then spread the remaining pudding mixture on top. Sprinkle with coconut and sliced almonds. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
