Fresh salsa
Ingredients
• 28 ounces diced tomatoes
• ¼ cup onion
• ½ cup fresh cilantro
• 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
• ½ teaspoon cumin
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
• 2 Tablespoons lime juice
Instructions
Put onion, cilantro, garlic, cumin, sea salt, sugar, and lime juice into a blender. Pulse to combine until the onions are diced well.
Add 1 can of diced tomatoes and blend for 5-10 seconds.
Add a second can, pulse briefly to leave them chunky.
Chill for at least 30 minutes.
