Loaded Ranch Potato Foil Packs

Ingredients
2 cups diced potatoes
2 Tbsp melted butter
1 Tbsp ranch seasoning mix
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
2 Tbsp chopped green onions
Sour cream for serving

Instructions
Heat grill or oven to 400°F. Toss potatoes with butter and ranch seasoning. Divide into foil packets and seal.
Cook 25–30 minutes until tender. Open packs and sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Return to the heat briefly until the cheese melts. Top with green onions.
