Slow Cooker Pulled Chicken

Ingredients

• 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
• 16 ounces salsa
• 1 packet taco seasoning
• 15 ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed

 

Instructions

Mix the chicken, salsa, and taco seasoning in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Shred chicken. Add the beans, cover again, and let them warm for 1 hour.
