Ingredients

  • 1 package (6 ounces) cherry Jello
  • 1 ¼ cups sugar
  • 3 ½ cups boiling water
  • 12-ounce frozen lemonade, thawed
  • 46-ounce can pineapple juice
  • 6 cups cold water
  • 1 quart ginger ale

Preparation

  1. Dissolve Jello and sugar in boiling water.
  2. Add lemonade, pineapple juice, and cold water.
  3. Freeze in a two-gallon ice cream container for at least 3 hours.
  4. Break up the frozen mixture and place into a large punch bowl.
  5. Just before serving, slowly pour in the chilled ginger ale. This will create a refreshing, bubbly punch.
  6. Stir gently to combine the ingredients while preserving the carbonation.
  7. Serve by ladling into glasses and enjoy immediately.
