CCEC residential members who sign up for paperless billing for the first time between April 15 and June 15 will be automatically entered for a chance to win one of five $500 cash prizes!
To be eligible, your account must be in good standing and not past due.
Winners will be randomly selected from qualified signups and notified by phone during the week of June 16.
