Ingredients

1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 can chili without beans
1 can nacho cheese soup
4 oz. can green chili peppers, chopped
8 oz. colby cheese, grated
2 lb. ground beef
Diced onions
1 pkg. burrito seasoning


Preparation

Mix green chili peppers, onions, chili, and
cheese soup in a saucepan. Heat. Brown
ground beef. Drain. Add burrito seasoning
and ¼ cup water. Put enough chili mix in the
beef to moisten. Place meat mixture inside
a tortilla. Sprinkle with grated colby cheese
and roll up. Place in baking pan. Cover with
the rest of the chili mix and some grated
cheese. Heat in oven at 350° F until cheese
melts or is soft.
