Cream Corn Casserole


  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, cubed and at room temperature
  • 4 Tablespoons butter
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 (18-ounce) bag of frozen sweet corn, thawed
  • Diced pickled jalapeños, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Melt cream cheese and butter in a medium pot set over low heat.
  3. Stir in milk until mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Stir in salt, corn, and jalapeños.
  5. Pour corn mixture into an 8-inch square baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle with grated cheddar.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
