Grandma P’s holiday relish
Ingredients
1 apple, cored and cubed
1 orange
1 bag cranberries
1.5 cups sugar
Preparation
Grate peel of orange and set aside. Peel and discard white membrane—separate orange into sections and place half of the orange, cranberries, and apples in a food processor. Process until coarsely chopped. Transfer to a bowl, repeat with remaining oranges, cranberries, and apples. Stir in sugar and reserved orange peel.
