Absentee ballot

• Available by request here to verified members.
• The request period opens approximately six weeks before the cooperative's annual meeting.
• Ballots need to be returned to the 3rd party about a week before the annual meeting.
• The results are reported to the cooperative on a predetermined date before the annual meeting.

In-person

• Attend the cooperative's annual meeting in April, typically held in Fargo, in person.
• Registered members will be asked for a voice vote for uncontested elections.
• Registered members will vote via ballot for a director from each contested district.
• The totals will be announced at the meeting.
• Elected directors are announced after the annual meeting in Highline Notes.
