Bylaw Changes

The revision was to Article II: Member Meetings and Member Voting. Section 2.4 Conduct and Attendance at Member Meetings. The following language was added: Member Motions for Annual Member Meeting. A member who wishes to make a motion for consideration at the Annual Member Meeting is required to submit a written proposed motion to the CEO of the Cooperative at least 90 days in advance of the Annual Member Meeting. A member motion properly submitted in accordance with this section will be considered by the Board and, if necessary, voted upon at the Annual Member Meeting.
