Cream Corn Casserole October 31st, 2023 Ingredients:1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, cubed and at room temperature4 Tablespoons butter⅓ cup milk½ teaspoon saltBlack pepper, to taste1 (18-ounce) bag of frozen sweet corn, thawedDiced pickled jalapeños, to taste1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheesePreparation:Preheat oven to 350°F.Melt cream cheese and butter in a medium pot set over low heat.Stir in milk until mixture is smooth and creamy.Stir in salt, corn, and jalapeños.Pour corn mixture into an 8-inch square baking dish.Sprinkle with grated cheddar.Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
