Sheet pan steak fajitas December 31st, 2023 Ingredients:1 pound sirloin steak, sliced into ½-inch strips1 large onion, thinly sliced3 bell peppers, thinly sliced2 Tablespoons olive oil2 Tablespoons taco seasoning1 lime, cut into wedgesTortillasPreparation:Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.Place the steak, onion, peppers, olive oil, and seasoning in a large bowl.Toss well to coat, then spread contents in an even layer on the sheet pan.Place the lime wedges on the pan.Cook until the vegetables soften, and the steak is browned on the outside, about 10 minutes depending on the desired doneness.Squeeze the cooked lime wedges over the steak and vegetables.Serve immediately with warmed tortillas, salsa, and other desired toppings.
