Sheet pan steak fajitas

Fajitas

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound sirloin steak, sliced into ½-inch strips
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 bell peppers, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • Tortillas


Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Place the steak, onion, peppers, olive oil, and seasoning in a large bowl.
  3. Toss well to coat, then spread contents in an even layer on the sheet pan.
  4. Place the lime wedges on the pan.
  5. Cook until the vegetables soften, and the steak is browned on the outside, about 10 minutes depending on the desired doneness.
  6. Squeeze the cooked lime wedges over the steak and vegetables.
  7. Serve immediately with warmed tortillas, salsa, and other desired toppings.
