Taco soup
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 Tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1.5 cups beef broth
- Chips
- Shredded cheese
Preparation:
- Brown hamburger with taco seasoning, onion, and garlic in a large pot.
- Add the bell pepper, tomatoes, and cream cheese until mixed through.
- Add beef broth and reduce heat to low-medium and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve with shredded cheese and chips
