Tuna and white bean salad
Ingredients:
- 1 can white beans, rinsed
- 1 can chunk light tuna in water, drained
- 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 2 green onions
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Combine the beans and tuna in a bowl.
- Thinly slice the green onions and add to the bowl.
- Add the olive oil and lemon juice to the bowl, along with salt and pepper.
- Stir.
