Report an Outage

CCEC monitors our system 24/7 to keep power reliable. During an outage we encourage members to use one of the following options to ensure the outage is logged quickly and accurately:

Mobile App – The fastest and easiest way to report and track an outage.

Phone – Call 701-356-4400 or 800-248-3292.

When you call, our automated Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system uses your phone number to identify your service location and record the outage. This information helps us respond more efficiently and restore power faster.

Please do not email us or report outages on social media. Messages sent outside of business hours are not monitored and will delay restoration.

Keeping your current phone number on file with us ensures our system can match your call to your account.

Outage Map

Power is out, what now?

Power outages happen. Whether it's during a severe winter storm or on a seemingly perfect summer day, it's good to know what to do if your power goes out. Know that your CCEC lineworkers will restore power as quickly and as safely as possible.

Update your Phone Numbers

Your correct phone numbers are important to us when it comes to outage restoration. If you call in an outage, your phone number identifies your location in our system. Please take a moment to update the following information.
