Marriage Proposal Cupcakes

Ingredients:
1 box fudge brownie mix
1 stick melted butter
2 eggs
¼ c. water
1 c. dulce de leche

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Spray cupcake liners. Fill liners half full with batter, top
with a teaspoon of dulce de leche. Bake for 20 minutes.
