Tuna and white bean salad


  • 1 can white beans, rinsed
  • 1 can chunk light tuna in water, drained
  • 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste


  1. Combine the beans and tuna in a bowl.
  2. Thinly slice the green onions and add to the bowl.
  3. Add the olive oil and lemon juice to the bowl, along with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir.
