Winter fruit salad

Ingredients:

2 large honey crisp apples, chopped
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
2 clementines, peeled and separated
1 cup pomegranate seeds
2 Tablespoons mint leaves, finely chopped
¼ Cup orange juice
1 Tablespoon honey

Preparation:

Place fruit and mint leaves in a large bowl.
In a separate small bowl, add orange juice and honey and whisk until combined.
Pour over fruit and toss until combined.
