To protect the health and safety of our consumer-members and employees, we are taking additional precautions to ensure the co-op is prepared to keep the lights on. Cass County Electric Cooperative has activated our emergency
response plan to address the novel coronavirus, also known as COVID-19.

Cass County Electric Cooperative is taking steps now preparing in the event there is a significant impact from the coronavirus in our communities. We are focused on maintaining a healthy workforce and keeping key personnel—such as lineworkers and member service representatives— available so that we can continue to provide the excellent service you expect from us. As a part of your community, and as a provider of an essential service, we are determined to continue delivering the reliable power you need while helping to protect the health and safety of our employees, neighbors, and everyone around us.

The annual meeting scheduled for April 21, 2020, has been postponed.

On March 19, 2020, our offices closed to walk-in traffic due to health and safety concerns for our employees and consumer-members. This includes our service centers in Arthur, Fargo, Kindred, Lisbon and Valley City. We do have a curbside and walk-up drop-boxes available if you wish to still pay your bill in person.
